After your amazing sunset ceremony, the adventure doesn’t have to end. To fully embrace the spirit of the unique city, treat yourself to a culinary experience at one of three dockside restaurants. These eateries offer direct boat access, so your Captain can deliver you right to the door!🙂
- Landry’s Seafood House sits in Lake Pontchartrain and is a New Orleans staple. Menus include traditional seafood dishes, like Oysters, Crab Cakes, Shrimp and Fish meals, and of course, Crawfish Etouffee. However, steak and poultry dishes are available as well.
- The Blue Crab Restaurant and Oyster Bar is located in the New Orleans Lakefront area. With live music, indoor and patio seating, and a beautiful view of Lake Pontchartrain, this is a local favorite. The Blue Crab is locally owned and operated, and boasts serving only the freshest Louisiana seafood.
- Felix’s Oyster Bar, located on the Lakefront, is a tried and true New Orleans tradition. originating in the 1940’s Felix’s was the hot spot in the city to get the freshest oysters shucked and served right in front of you. With ever-changing daily specials, creative menu options, Louisiana seafood, and a spectacular ambiance, Felix’s Oyster bar will offer an authentic taste of New Orleans.

How Do We Book? Here’s The Step-By-Step Process.
- Before we even sign an agreement, it is important to us that we get to understand each other. For this reason, we start with a simple phone call. We want your day to be special, so we want to get to know you as a couple. What’s your story? What’s your vision for your big day? How can we help you plan the perfect day. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know us, too! Ask us anything you’d like, we may even share some insider tips about our wonderful city. When you’re comfortable, we will sign the agreement with a first payment collected to secure your date.
- After we’ve determined your vision, we will help with all the fun parts of planning. This includes creating a timeline fit for you, hiring your florist and even assisting in choosing the perfect after ceremony meal. We are also happy to help with other fine details including hair and makeup as well as where to stay! Our team will be fully available to you throughout the planning process, all the way up to your special day.
- We are all yours on your elopement day. Your officiant (also the Captain of the boat!) will meet at the agreed location to board the sailboat along with your photographer + floral arrangements will be brought with us or delivered. We are there to help navigate through the day so you are guaranteed a smooth and stress-free wedding day.
- After your elopement, we know you’ll want to relive your day over and over again. We will send you a sneak peak of your photos so you know what to look forward to! Sneak Peaks will be uploaded to social media shortly after your elopement, and full galleries will be sent to you in 4-5 weeks.
