Where do we get our marriage license, and can we get a marriage license on a Saturday? +

Marriage licenses are issued by the Orleans Parish Clerk of Court at 1450 Poydras St. (or any clerk of Court in La.) The license office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so out-of-state couples should plan to arrive in the city at least one business day prior to their ceremony.
