I'm Marcia. Let me tell you a story about how my career changed with a single "panic call." After years of shooting traditional ballroom weddings, a couple called me after cancelling their 160-person hometown event. The celebration had stopped being about them and started being about what everyone else wanted. They decided to elope in New Orleans in just four days. No guests. No fluff. Just them under a stunning live oak.

The bride even sang her vows with a little help from Tina Turner...and I had full-body chills. We ended that day at Café Du Monde for a surprise gender reveal involving blue sugar and beignets. Seeing that blue sugar fall and the happy tears from the couple was my epiphany: Intention matters more than production.

Since that epiphany, I’ve dedicated my career to the artistry and legacy that a true elopement requires. I’ve gathered a vetted circle of professionals who operate as one team with one vision. A philosophy where your peace of mind is just as intentional as your final gallery. Whether I am personally behind the lens or guiding the creative vision, I personally oversee the final edit of every image to ensure it meets the timeless look our couples expect.

While I’m obsessed with the final frame, most of my work lives in the quiet spaces behind the scenes. When it’s done right, everything moves smoother and more authentically. I handle the logistics, the photography and the timing so that by the time you’re standing in your perfect ceremony spot, the only thing you have to focus on is the person in front of you.

Krislyn is our in-house creative… and yep, she’s also my daughter. Currently studying at NOCCA (the premier arts conservatory in Louisiana), she's the professionally trained heart of our editorial style.

While I lead with years of intuition, Krislyn is the one teaching me how to level up. She brings a technical depth and a refined eye that's helped shape our signature look.

As she transitions into her next chapter of formal arts education, her influence remains the blueprint for our collective. Whether she is personally available for your elopement or her editorial standards are being applied to your hand-edited gallery, Krislyn’s award-winning eye is woven into everything we do.
