How do I book my elopement date?

Once you reach out via calendar, we’ll call at your scheduled time to discuss your vision and availability + answer any questions. After that, you’ll receive detailed package pricing to review.

What information do you need from us to get started?

We’ll ask for your preferred date/time, location ideas, number of guests and any special requests or details about your ceremony to help tailor your elopement experience.

Can we schedule a consultation call before booking?

Yes! We offer free 15 minute phone consultations to answer your questions and make sure we’re a great fit before you commit.

Do you offer payment plans or deposit options?

We require a retainer + signed contract to hold your date, with the balance due closer to your elopement day. Payment plans are available—just ask us when you inquire!

How far in advance should we reach out?

Our calendar can fill quickly, so we recommend contacting us at least 6 months before your ideal date. However, we’ve also successfully booked last-minute elopements with just 3-4 days!

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand life happens! Our policy details are in the contract, but generally, we’re happy to reschedule if you give us advance notice.
